I’m a licensed massage therapist and registered craniosacral therapist (RCST) specializing in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki. I’m also the creator of the podcast “Woven: Unlocking the Stories that Shape Us,” a trained doula, and the co-founder of The Flower of Life Foundation.

I’m deeply dedicated to supporting body–mind–spirit coherence. My approach blends hands-on therapeutic techniques with a sensitivity to the subtle energetic fields that influence our physical and emotional well-being. Drawing from both Eastern and Western traditions, ancient wisdom, and modern neuroscience, I offer holistic care for individuals and families, including infants.

I have a particular passion for helping clients release and integrate ancestral and birth trauma, as well as addressing imbalances in the autonomic nervous system through gentle, effective touch. Beyond technique, my work is guided by a lifelong curiosity about consciousness, cognition, and the invisible dynamics that connect us to the greater field of life. Through massage and craniosacral therapy, I aim to help each client access deep states of healing, resilience, and integration.
