Hey, I'm Heather, I’m an Energy Doula, Reiki practitioner, Sound Healer and shamanic-trained healer.

 I offer intuitive energy medicine sessions and packages—deeply nurturing one-on-one experiences that blend Reiki, breath-work, gentle touch, sound, and guided journey to hold space for you to be where you are, energetically release what’s heavy, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Each session is intuitively channeled and guided, attuned to your unique energy and needs in the moment. I hold safe, compassionate space for you to drop the masks, quiet the chaos of the outside world, and gently explore what’s rising within. These sessions are especially supportive during times of loss, transition, honoring endings/beginnings, transformation, illness, or whenever you need a soft space to return to yourself.

In addition to intuitive energy medicine sessions, I’m the founder of Divinely Sensitive and guide-ess of the HEAR HER podcast and the HEAR HER Sisterhood—an online community of intuitive women gathering to be seen, heard, and held exactly where they are—strengthening their intuitive gifts, weaving release into everyday life, and finding a soft place to land when the world feels heavy. 

My work is rooted in presence, compassion, and a deep connection to the natural world—whose seasons and cycles offer a beautiful reflection for our human experience.

I also offer a self-paced intuition course and other digital offerings to support your journey. When I'm not holding space for others, you can find me at the theatre, on the lacrosse field cheering for my teens, or soaking in the healing energy of Luna Garden with my pup.
