Hi, I’m Kristen Gremillion (pronounced Grem-ee-on)! I’m a licensed massage therapist with advanced training's in deep tissue modalities, myofascial cupping, acupressure, reflexology, shiatsu, passive stretching, and lymphatic drainage massage. 

As a healing arts practitioner with a background in physical theater and dance, I am passionate about creating integrated bodywork sessions designed to meet my clients on their unique path of increased internal awareness, improved mobility, and greater ability to sense and express their own empowered embodiment. I am honored for each opportunity to provide safe, healthy touch and to create a non-judgmental space for my clients to practice receiving and letting go
