Hi, I'm Maggie! Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse.

I began my path in Health and Wellness in 2018 when I graduated from Eastern Virginia Career College.  From there I went on to receive my Associates Degree in Health Science and completed the PVCC nursing program.  I've been a Massage Therapist for 5 years, specializing in corrective bodywork, pain management, injuries, and providing lasting relief from stress and the pressures of our every day life. Some of my favorite modalities are Deep Tissue, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Ashiatsu, Reflexology and Prenatal Massage.  My studies in Health Science and Nursing have been such a compliment to my massage career, expanding my understanding of what health looks like for the unique individual and how to approach many different conditions.  I look forward to finding what works best for you and working together to improving the quality of your health and life!
